Are you ready to be a Heart with Ears for others?
REGISTER here (under the "Monthly Gatherings" heading)
Together we learn practices on how to normalize
grieving/unpleasant feelings for ANY human loss.
100% of humans have experienced some kind of loss
(including loss of safety, trust, control, confidence, faith).
Although this a a normal part of life (losses and gains),
our world is experiencing an epidemic of loneliness.
There is someone in your daily interaction that could use a
"heart with ears" like yourself to be with them.
It could also be beneficial for you =:)
Would you like to support our mission of ending this loneliness epidemic?
(including loss of safety, trust, control, confidence, faith).

"Yes, Bernadette, but how do I know what to do?"
The beauty in being a "Heart with Ears" for someone means you don't "do" anything.
Instead you just sit side by side with them and you are present for them.
No talking, no interrupting, no judging, no fixing and no solving their problems.
You the "doing" is the "being".
It's that simple.
It can be hard to be a "present for someone"
in a world where we are trained and rewarded the more
we "do" instead of "being".
