We have all experienced some form of loss which begs to be processed.

Some of mine include (but are not limited to)  loss of parenting rights through the courts, loss of what I thought it meant to be a part of a family,  & loss of myself. 

Unlike the buffalo, humans tend to run away from the uncomfortable:
we typically do not give ourselves the necessary healing space
needed to acknowledge the pains and the grief that comes with the loss.

The safe space I offer you- online or in person -
is an opportunity for you to begin
the gentle transformation of your pain and loss
into healing to bring you back to the wholeness of yourself.
