 Write from the Heart Session

(available virtually or in person)

• 5 minute of breath work/bodywork
• You share your intention for the session with me:  What do I need to know about ____?
• I ask you a general question such as, "How are you feeling right now?" 
• I scribe your answers while I ask you more questions based on your responses.
• The end product is a tangible expression of the messages of your heart: your question answered.
